SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
Chopped lettuce to fill 1/2 bowl
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can or 1 pkg. frozen peas, drained
1/2 pt. mayonnaise (enough to cover and seal edges of above)
2 tbsp. sugar, sprinkled over dressing
4-6 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese
10 strips bacon, fried, crumbled

Layer in order given above. Seal tightly and wrap. Chill 8 hours or overnight. Add salt and pepper when serving.
