TROPICAL CHEESECAKE 
8 oz. brick cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 sm. container Cool Whip
1 (9") graham cracker crust

Drain pineapple. Soften cream cheese and cream with powdered sugar. Add drained crushed pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into prepared graham cracker crust. Chill.
