TROPICAL FREEZE | |
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice 1 lg. can (1 2/3 cups) undiluted canned milk 1/4 c. lemon juice 1/2 c. sugar De-thaw orange concentrate until softened. Pour milk into an ice cube tray; chill until there are soft crystals through the milk. Approximately 30 minutes. Pour chilled milk into a large bowl. Whip with an egg beater until stiff or about 2 minutes. Add lemon juice. Continue whipping until the milk is very stiff or about 2 to 3 minutes longer. Mix the sugar and softened orange concentrate into the whipped milk with a wooden spoon. Put the mixture into two small or one large ice cube tray. Put in freezer compartment for 2 to 3 hours or overnight. |
