1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 egg
5 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Shape into loaf in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Top with additional catsup. Yields 4-5 servings.
