SEAFOOD QUICHE 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. white wine
1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
6 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 c. chopped green onion
9-inch unbaked pie shell

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl. Beat until fluffy. Fold in next 5 ingredients. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Makes 5-6 servings.
