PAN FRIED CORN 
6 slices bacon
4 c. fresh corn, cut from cob
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. diced pimentos

Cook bacon until crisp; drain. Add everything else listed above. Cook on low about 8 minutes until tender. Add 1 teaspoon salt, a little pepper, and crumble bacon over top. Makes 6 servings.
