10 c. popped popcorn
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Place popcorn in a large bowl. Drizzle melted butter over popcorn. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Toss well. Store in tightly covered container.
