TACO POPCORN CRUNCH 
3 qts. popped popcorn (no salt)
4 c. Rice Chex cereal
1 c. walnuts
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/4 c. brown sugar

In a large baking pan, combine 3 quarts popped popcorn (no salt), 4 cups Rice Chex cereal and 1 cup walnuts. Drizzle with 1/2 cup melted butter. Stir together 1 package taco seasoning and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Sprinkle over popcorn. Toss until combined. Bake at 300 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
