BAKED CORN 
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. sugar
Salt to taste

Combine ingredients in a bowl. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Put additional cracker crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake in 400 degree oven for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
