1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup

Mix all ingredients except catsup. Put this into a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf dish. Spread catsup on top. Cover and cook on medium high (70%) for 24 minutes in microwave. Note: 22 minutes for some microwaves if oven 650 watt.
