PEEK A BOO CHICKEN 
1 frying chicken, cut up
3/4 c. rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1/2 c. onion
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Mix rice, chicken soup, water, onion and curry powder. Pour in baking dish. Place chicken over top. Bake in 325 degree oven 2 hours.
