PEEK-A-BOO CHICKEN 
1 c. rice, washed
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 pkg. chicken parts
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 can milk

Sprinkle rice in square baking pan. Put skinless chicken on top of rice and sprinkle package of Lipton onion soup mix over chicken. In a bowl combine 1 can chicken or mushroom soup with 1 can milk, pour over chicken. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours. If using 2 cups rice, use 2 cans soup and milk.
