DEVILED CRAB 
3 lbs. lump crabmeat
1 fresh green pepper
2 canned pimientos
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt as needed
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Generous dash cayenne
Fine bread crumbs
Paprika
2 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise

Pick over crab meat, remove pieces, of shell. Chop green pepper and pimento fine. Combine them add mustard, salt (2 teaspoons), pepper, eggs, mayonnaise and mix.

Give crab sprinkle cayenne; add to egg mixture, them lift lightly with fork to mix crab without breaking lumps of crab.

Divide mixture on 8 buttered shells, heaping it up. Top with a light coat mayonnaise, crumbs, paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes to heat through.
