STROGANOFF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. beau mounde seasoning
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. cooking sherry
1 (17 oz.) can sweet peas, drained
1 (7 oz.) pkg. Creamettes macaroni
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Cook Creamettes macaroni according to package directions. Combine ground beef, onion and seasoning. If desired, shape into 16 meat balls. Brown beef mixture in small amount of shortening.

Stir in soup, cover and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in dairy sour cream, sherry, peas, Creamettes. Pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
