GARDEN PATCH CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp. minced onions
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
1 (17 oz.) can of whole kernel sweet corn
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Beat or blend cottage cheese, sour cream, flour, eggs and other seasonings together. Next, fold in vegetables. Pour into 2 quart casserole and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
