CHOCOLATE COVERED PEANUT BUTTER
BALLS
 
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 lb. powdered sugar
2 sticks butter (melted)
2 cans flaked coconut (3 1/2 oz. cans)
12 oz. jar crunchy peanut butter
1 c. chopped nuts
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1/2 block paraffin

Add sugar to crumbs, blend in melted butter, add coconut, peanut butter and nuts and mix well with hands. Shape into firmly packed balls; dip in chocolate which has been melted in a double boiler. Put on cookie sheet covered with foil or waxed paper to harden. Makes about 75 walnut size balls.
