1 lg. box lasagna noodles
1 lg. carton ricotta
1 lb. mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 qt. marinara sauce

Boil noodles until tender. Mix ricotta, eggs, and parsley by hand. Cook sausage and drain excess grease. Slice mushrooms and saute in butter. Slice Mozzarella cheese.

Spread marinara sauce thinly on bottom of pan. Layer marinara sauce, sausage, mushrooms, Parmesan, ricotta, Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers ending with marinara on top.
