VEGE SALAD 
1 bunch broccoli
1 bunch cauliflower
3 green onions
Black olives (optional)

DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 pieces fried bacon, crushed

Wash and cut up vegetables leaving no stems on cauliflower or broccoli. Chop green onions including green stems. Mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and sugar. Combine with vegetables. Top with grated Cheddar cheese and bacon bits. Refrigerate before serving.
