PUMPKIN BARS 
Cake:

1 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all cake ingredients together until smooth. Pour onto floured cookie sheet. Cook at 350°F for 20 minutes. The pumpkin bars will have a cake like texture but are moist.

Frosting:

4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Slowly add powdered sugar. Add vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy. Frost bars when they are cool.
