RED & WHITE DESSERT 
1 lg. pkg. strawberry gelatin
2 c. hot water
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries
2 bananas, mashed
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add pineapple, strawberries and bananas (including juices). Mix well and pour half of mixture into a bowl or mold. Let set in refrigerator leaving other half out so it will not set up. Spread chilled half with sour cream and pour remaining mixture on top. Return to refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
