WATI'S TELUR BALADO 
Great vegetarian meal!

6 eggs
cooking oil

Boil eggs for about 10 minutes, shell eggs and let them rest.

As the eggs cool use a knife and make a small cut to white part of each egg.

In a skillet, heat oil, place eggs in hot cooking oil and fry until golden brown. Place fried eggs on paper towel to drain.

SAUCE:

6 tomatoes
2 garlic clove
1 brown onion
basil
salt and pepper, to taste
sugar, to taste
bay leaves
2 tbsp. cooking oil
coriander leaves, for garnish

Chop tomatoes, garlic, onion and basil finely. Add ingredients to saucepan with 2 tablespoons oil, heat through and allow to combine and smell fragrant.

Add eggs to sauce and stir through for 7 minutes. The Telur Balado is ready to serve. Add coriander leaves for garnish.

You can serve this dish with rice or salad.
