FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. extra long fettuccine
2/3 c. light cream
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. grated cheese

Prepare noodles and melt butter. Place drained hot noodles in warm serving bowl. Pour cream over noodles. Add butter and half cheese. Toss noodles until well blended with spoon and fork, adding cheese a little bit at a time. Top with additional grated cheese, if desired.
