FLUFFY BAKED EGGS | |
8 slices white bread 8 eggs 4 c. milk 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. dry mustard 2 c. (1 lb.) cubed ham or bacon 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese Cut bread into 1-inch cubes, no crusts. Blend all ingredients except cheese. Pour into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate overnight. Put cheese on top and bake 30 minutes at 450 degrees. Serves 8. |
