CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
1 lb. fresh cranberries
1 cup raisins
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 cup water
1/2 cup celery, chopped fine
1 medium apple, chopped fine
1 medium onion, chopped fine

Add first 7 ingredients together in medium saucepan. Cook until cranberries pop and split. Add last 3 ingredients and simmer all together for 15 minutes.
