3 sweet potatoes
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. coconut

Cream potatoes, add sugar, egg, salt, butter, and coconut. Roll into balls, put one half of a marshmallow in center.
