CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1-2 lb. chicken, cooked & cut up
1 box chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup

Boil chicken and cut in small pieces (I use chicken breasts). Prepare stuffing according to directions. Place chicken in casserole dish. Mix cream of chicken soup with 3/4 can broth from chicken or hot water. Layer over chicken. Spoon stuffing over chicken mixture. Broil until top is lightly browned. Serves 4-6.
