MUD PIE 
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
1 1/2 qts. coffee ice cream
1 (12 oz.) jar hot fudge sauce
3/4 c. whipping cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. toasted almond slices

Stir together crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9 inch pie plate. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 5-8 minutes. Cool. Remove ice cream from freezer to soften. Spread thin layer of fudge sauce on cooked pie shell.

Spoon 1/2 of ice cream into shell, add another layer of fudge sauce and the rest of ice cream. Freeze. When ready to serve, whip cream with sugar and vanilla. Spoon over pie and sprinkle with almonds.
