BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
16 slices sandwich bread, crust removed
8 slices Canadian bacon
8 slices cheddar cheese

In a 13 x 9 inch pan, place 8 slices of bread; put a slice of bacon and a slice of cheese on each slice of bread. Place other 8 slices of bread on top of cheese.

EGG MIXTURE:

6 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1-2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. milk
1 can drained mushrooms

Mix together egg mixture and pour over bread. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.

Take casserole out and come to room temperature. Melt 1/4 pound butter; pour over crushed potato chips; sprinkle this mixture on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
