APRICOT-SAUCED RIBS | |
4 lb. pork spareribs, cut into serving pieces 1 (8 oz.) can undrained apricot halves 3 tbsp. catsup 3 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. Dijon-style mustard 1 tsp. dry ginger dash of salt Ribs can be cooked on grill or in oven 1 1/2 hours, turning occasionally. Mix remaining ingredients together in blender. Brush ribs generously with sauce and continue to cook for 30 minutes, basting and turning often. |
