OXTAIL SOUP - LORI'S | |
1 pkg. oxtail 1/3 c. barley 3 bay leaves 3 potatoes 1 lb. onion 5 carrots 5 celery stocks 2 tbsp. beef soup base 2 cans tomato or pea soup Corn, optional Simmer bones, barley, bay leaves until tender. Remove bones, add soup base and vegetables. Once vegetables are tender add cans of soup. |
