OXTAIL SOUP | |
1 lb. oxtail 3/4 c. rice Beef bouillon 1 can tomato soup & 2 cans water 1 sm. onion, chopped 2 carrots, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 med. tomato, sliced 16 ounces of spaghetti sauce and 2 cups water may be substituted. Add all ingredients. Cook on stove for 3 hours, covered, on low flame or in crock pot on low for 7 hours. Cool, skim fat, reheat before serving. |
