OXTAIL SOUP 
1 lb. oxtails
Water
2 cans tomato soup
1 can stewed tomatoes
Beef broth or 3-4 cubes bouillon
1 pkg. carrots
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery
Dash parsley
1 can green beans
Salt and pepper to taste
3 potatoes or 1/2 bag noodles

Place oxtails in large pot. Fill half full of water and bring to boil; skim off grease. Add next nine ingredients. Cook 3-4 hours. Add potatoes last hour or cook noodles and place in soup bowl.
