OVEN ROASTED POTATOES 
6 med. baking potatoes (peeled, cut into 1 1/2 inch chunks)
1/4 c. butter (melted)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 garlic clove (minced)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place potatoes in 12 x 8 or 13 x 9 inch baking dish. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes; toss to coat evenly. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until crisp, lightly browned and tender, stirring twice during baking. 6 servings.
