BARBECUE CUPS 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
10 oz. can refrigerator biscuits
3/4 c. Cheddar or American cheese

Grease 10 muffin cups. Brown ground beef and drain. Add barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Place each biscuit in greased muffin cup, pressing dough to cover bottom and sides. Spoon meat mixture into each cup. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Serve immediately.
