BARBECUED HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. salt

BISCUIT DOUGH TOPPING:

2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. shortening
1/2-2/3 c. milk

Cook meat and onions together until brown. Add rest of ingredients. If too thick, add water. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour into 9 inch square casserole dish. Top with thin biscuit and bake 12-15 minutes at 450 degrees. Serve hot.
