CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 cut up chicken fryer
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 c. water

Mix rice and onion soup together in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Lay chicken pieces on top of rice, heat soup, milk and water together, pour over chicken and rice. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
