EASIEST CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cut up cooked chicken
1 (#2) can chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 c. diced celery
Top with buttered bread crumbs
No seasonings needed

Mix ingredients in the order given in a bowl. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Spray with Pam. Put bread crumbs over top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Slow baking is important.
