TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
3 lb. ground meat (beef, turkey, venison)
Approx. 10 slices American cheese
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, stems & pieces (opt.)
1 bag tater tots
Salt & pepper

Combine uncooked ground meat, salt and pepper to taste. Pat into bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour mushroom soup on top of meat. Sprinkle with mushroom pieces. Layer with cheese and top with tater tots. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
