JOE'S CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE 
2-3 lbs. corned beef
1 sm. head cabbage
1 can or jar onions
1 can potatoes

If corned beef does not have spices, add 2 tablespoons pickling spices. Cover corned beef with water, bring to boil, simmer 3 or 4 hours until tender. Wash and cut cabbage into 4 wedges, add to beef and cook until cabbage is tender. Add onions, not drained. Add drained potatoes. Cook only until vegetables are heated through.
