CRULLERS 
2 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. butter
Grated nutmeg
2 tsp. baking powder
Flour to make dough stiff enough to handle

Mix in order given, putting dry ingredients, except the sugar, into one cup of the flour; then, add the rest of the flour, roll out 1/3 inch thick, cut with a ring cutter. Fry in deep, hot fat. Drain on paper. More butter may be used if richer crullers are desired.
