CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (and some extra for sprinkling on top)
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs; add milk (put flour and nutmeg in a little bit of the milk and dissolve before adding), sugar and vanilla. Strain into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, then 350°F until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
