BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Cream sugar and eggs. Add melted butter and beat at high speed until well mixed. Add flour and buttermilk and mix well. Pour in a 9 inch pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce 325 degrees and bake until done and brown, approximately 15-20 minutes longer.
