BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and flour, add melted butter and eggs and buttermilk, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth.

Bake in deep dish pastry shell at 350°F for 45-50 minutes.
