BAKED POTATO SALAD | |
8 med. potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 c. mayonnaise 1 1/2 lb. American cheese, or Velveeta cheese diced 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and cut up 1/4 c. stuffed green olives, sliced or chopped Combine potatoes, onions, mayonnaise and cheese. Spread in 9x12 inch greased pan. Top with bacon and olives. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 8 to 10 servings. May be made 1 to 3 days ahead, just refrigerate. |
