1 2/3 c. white sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Boil the sugar, salt, butter and evaporated milk for 5 minutes. Add the vanilla, chocolate chips and marshmallows. Stir until dissolved. Pour into buttered pan and chill.
