GREEK YOGURT DRESSING 
Great dipping sauce or topping that can be served with most meats but works best with lamb.

5 tbsp. plain or Greek yogurt
1 clove garlic
1/4 small cucumber
fresh oregano
lemon pepper
herb salt
1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)

Crush garlic, finely shred or chop cucumber and finely chop desired amount of oregano. Add in a small bowl with lemon pepper, herb salt and yogurt. If desired, add lemon juice.
