RITA'S HOMEMADE BUTTER | |
1 pint heavy cream (2 cups) 1/2 tsp. lemon juice salt (optional) Place heavy cream in glass jar, let sit out for about 2 days to sour. Then pour lemon juice into cream. Shake until butter forms. Remove butter and rinse in cold water. Add salt, to taste. Submitted by: Rita Giles |
