HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
2 c. dip chips, crushed

Fix in microwave 5 minutes, covered or 450 degrees in oven 10-15 minutes until bubbling. Mix all ingredients except 1 cup chips and cheese. Sprinkle over top and bake. Enjoy!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
