WATERGATE CAKE 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkgs. instant pudding (any flavor)
2 1/2 c. cold milk
1 sm. Cool Whip

Mix flour, butter, nuts and spread in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until light brown. Cool. Next mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip - well and spread on cooled crust.

Next - beat until thick - 2 small puddings and cold milk. Pour over cheese layer. Last cover top with small Cool Whip and sprinkle with fine ground nuts.
