WATERGATE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines deluxe II white cake mix
1 pkg. royal instant pistachio pudding mix
1 c. oil
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 eggs
1 c. Canada Dry club soda

Mix dry cake and pudding mix. Add eggs and oil, nuts and club soda, mix until blended. Beat 4 minutes at medium speed, pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 lg. pkg. Dream Whip
1 1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix

Blend Dream Whip and milk, beat at high speed until it peaks, add pistachio pudding mix, beat until fluffy.
